I’m ready. How do we get started?

If you’re looking for help with a straightforward project, we can typically provide an ASAP quote (within 1 business day). From there, all we need is your complete billing information so that we can start the transcription process. For larger projects,especially those requiring more clarification on what services they require before starting, we do things differently. We like to have a discovery call where together we’ll define exactly what your business needs. Then, we’ll work on preparing cost estimates based off of conversations and agreements in accordance with deadlines and milestones.

How much do your transcription services cost?

Pricing is determined by the type of project you want to work on. For one-time projects, our rates range from $1.99 per minute up towards $3.30 depending on how long your transcript will be. We also offer clients different billing options such as fixed fees for shorter jobs if they don’t need their transcripts every day.
